We carefully select and match a coach to coachee based on a 15-20 minute conversation with the coachee and extensive knowledge of our coaches’ styles, preferences and specialisms.

 

We engage exceptional associate coaches for different levels within your organisation​. Coaches are selected for their commercial & business expertise, are accredited by a recognised coaching training body and have been observed during demonstration coaching sessions.

A little more about SeaChangers

SeaChangers Limited was founded by Managing Director, Carla March in 2013.

Roles in publishing, resourcing, recruitment, insurance, IT, and management consultancy created a rich tapestry of experiences for Carla to draw on in her coaching career.  She trained as a coach over 15 years ago when working in local government.

More and more Carla realised how life-changing a coaching relationship could be and how finding the right coach for the right coachee was critical to achieving success. She found her unique skill in coach match-making through her background in executive search, combined with her insight and knowledge of coaching.   She now advises on best practice in the engagement of external coaches and coaching services.
